Nationally syndicated columnist, author, trainer, and international speaker, Bernice Ross couples her expertise as a Master Certified Coach with 30 years of real estate sales experience. With over 1,000 published articles and five books to her credit, Inman News called Bernice “America’s top real estate coach.” During her tenure as Executive Director of Training for the 4,000-agent Prudential Jon Douglas Company, the company was the top producing company per agent in the United States. Her training programs have been white-labeled by Keller Williams, United Real Estate, plus the Alabama, California, Iowa, and Texas Associations of Realtors.
Bernice is also a noted expert on Trends serving as Director of Research for the Swanepoel T3 Experts group, Contributing Editor to the Swanepoel Trends Report and Navigator newsletter, plus co-authoring the Canadian Association of REALTORS® DANGER Report (2016). Her Annual AFIRE conference brings together real estate’s leading women to help them meet the exclusive challenges they face as industry leaders. In addition to her sales experience, Bernice also holds the rank of Professor Emeritus of Psychology from Los Angeles Pierce College.
