Leigh began her career in real estate in 2000, making it easy to count ‘how many years have you been in this?’ In 2003 Leigh and her dad started their own RE/MAX franchise. Even though she’s a Realtor (and you *know* how Realtors hate to brag), she’s got all but one RE/MAX award under her belt, various and sundry industry awards (including the Inman 101), and is most proud of being in the RPAC Hall of Fame.
In addition to excelling as a inspirational speaker and a “tried and true, in the trenches” Realtor, Leigh also gives of her time to multiple charitable organizations. She has served as a Board Member and Board Chair for Habitat for Humanity, she consistently volunteers for Meals on Wheels and she is an elder and Sunday school teacher at her church.
Why does Leigh speak? This is her opportunity to give back to an industry that has provided so much! Every presentation is a chance to reach a Realtor who just needs a little boost or a little more training or a little pride in Realtorhood to change the consumer’s experience. This is changing real estate and raising that ever-loving bar one Realtor at a time. Attendees engage with Leigh because she is an active saleswoman and knows what they are facing-and speaks to it directly. Will tears be shed? Yes. Will there be belly laughs? Absolutely. Will toes be stepped upon? Probably. Will every single attendee feel lifted up and armed with tools to succeed? That’s the goal for Leigh every time!
